Job description In this role, you will collaborate with senior leaders to drive a strategy that responds to the current and future development needs of our operational teams. You will lead a team of Training Coordinators, overseeing all CPD from staff inductions to leadership development as well as collaborating with key departments to deliver high-quality, compliant training solutions. We are looking for someone with 5 years of experience in a similar role , ideally within the construction or built environment sector. Your expertise in developing and executing training strategies, alongside a solid understanding of health & safety, vocational qualifications, industry regulations and funding opportunities, will be key. You''ll be expected to travel UK-wide on a monthly basis.
