Rarewaves is an award winning online retail business seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to become part of our supply chain team based in Chiswick, London. As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, well expect you to - Ensure the supply of stock required to fulfil customer orders in a timely fashion, by placing daily purchase orders with our supply partners Monitor, analyse, manage, and source unavailable stock Initiate, maintain and develop relationships with supply partners Analyse Key Performance indicators (KPIs) from 150 suppliers with the aim of optimising problem areas Work closely with IT, 3PL , finance and customer service teams to identity and formulate solutions for issues as they arise Assist in enhancing in-house processes such as live order tracking and stock replenishment Training is provided. As an applicant you will have - Good knowledge of MS Excel Excellent organisational skills for day to day workload Ability to work within timescales and to deadlines A keen eye for detail Strong problem solving and analytical skills Great communication skills, verbal and written Ability to work well within a tight team A self-starter attitude and ability to use own initiative Previous experience within retail, at an entertainment retailer, ideally online, would be preferable but is not essential.
