Part-Time HR Manager (3 days) Salary up to 60k FTE Cambridge Site based 3 days per week Are you a proactive and people-focused HR professional looking for a flexible opportunity? Were looking for an experienced HR Manager to join an early stage Technology business on a part-time basis, 3 days per week. What Youll Do: Lead core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and culture development Support managers with performance management and employee development Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices Manage HR compliance and maintain accurate employee records using the HRIS Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture What Were Looking For: Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner Previous experience in a stand alone HR Manager role Start up / scale up environment experience Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred) Why Join them?
