About the Role: An exciting opportunity for an experienced BIM Lead to join a dynamic and growing team in London, supporting major design and delivery work across Industrial, Rail, Aviation, Data Centre , and High-Rise Residential sectors. Youll take ownership of BIM strategy and implementation across key architectural projects, ensuring seamless integration of Revit workflows , model coordination, and collaboration between multidisciplinary teams. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on innovation, digital excellence, and working in a fast-paced, technically diverse environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage BIM delivery across architectural design projects using Revit Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project standards Coordinate models across disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) to ensure clash-free, compliant outputs Act as BIM point of contact internally and with external consultants, clients, and contractors Oversee model audits, federations, and QA/QC procedures Provide BIM training and mentoring to junior staff and project teams Drive innovation in digital design tools, workflows, and automation techniques Stay current with emerging trends in BIM and digital construction Contribute to business development by showcasing BIM capabilities in bids and client meetings About You: Proven experience as a BIM Lead, BIM Manager , or Senior BIM Coordinator in a design-led consultancy environment Expert user of Revit , with strong knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360, and other industry-standard tools Experience working across multiple sectors including Industrial, Aviation, Rail, and Residential Deep understanding of BIM Level 2 and ISO 19650 standards Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Able to manage multiple complex projects concurrently Experience in managing and mentoring teams across the BIM lifecycle Whats on Offer: Salary up to 70,000 Car allowance and performance bonus Flexible hybrid working Exposure to high-profile projects across multiple sectors Opportunities for career progression and professional development55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
