This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business with huge aspirations.Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.Roles & Responsibilities: Collection of all samples for analysis in accordance with scheduled requirements, accurately inputting into required systemsCarry out swabbing requirements in compliance with documented schedulesCarry out documented ingredient and packaging inspection checks, feeding back results to the Intake Compliance controllerEnsure test packs are made up to accurate weight and that all packaging tare weights are checked and updated.Confirm the accuracy of measuring equipment by performing calibration/verification checks including liaising with external companies where required. Maintain up to date schedules of all equipment ensuring equipment is operating within tolerance, actioning any out of specification in a timely manner ensuring equipment is available for factory monitoring checksMaintain and update Glass and Hard plastic and start up audit sheets and bookletsPlay an active role in the complaints reduction action plan working with the QA team and operations to drive high product quality standardsSet up and run quality taste panels, including cooking products as required. Ensure full documentation of the panel, highlighting all individual issuesProduct quality assessment work as requested; SOL, EOL, over shelf life, consistency panelsControl of completed factory paperwork ensuring paperwork is organised and easily obtainable for traceability and audit purposesControl of factory consumables through numbering/coding and issuing to operational departmentsConfirmation of detection methods for consumable items such as Metal detection checks on new batches of plasters, pens etcTo be a key member of the site audit traceability teamWork positively to drive continuous improvement in the QA systemsFully understand and comply with all department and company policies and guidelinesKey Accountabilities & Measurables:Taste panel schedule compliance - completion rate KPIQA procedural third party and customer audit compliance - areas of responsibility, level of NC's raised.Accuracy of data input and schedule compliance for samples and swabbing - level of areas identified.Calibration matrix up to date.This role has a responsibility for food safety, product quality, brand integrity and Health & Safety.Hours of work:Monday to Friday 06:30 - 14:30Application Process:To be considered for this position, please apply directly through this link attaching an up to date CV and contact number.Pro-Drive is a division ofPro-Force,an Equal Opportunities Employer.
