With 20,500 professionals working in 60 countries, Sidara connects people, places, and communities through innovative, integrated solutions.Joining Sidara, and our strategic collaborative partnership with Dar and other group companies, enables Urban Initiatives to offer Urban Design and Masterplanning Services worldwide, with a specific focus on Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South America.The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team and support the delivery of a range of high-profile urban design and masterplanning projects in the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.This is a full-time position based in Central London, ideal for a talented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in urban design and masterplanning within a relevant consultancy environment. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the growth of the practice.You will work closely with the Urban Initiatives leadership team to manage large-scale masterplanning projects, with a strong focus on client engagement, team coordination, and delivery. The role involves overseas travel, predominantly to the Middle East and Africa.About YouTo be considered for the role, you should demonstrate:Proven experience managing large-scale masterplanning projects, particularly in the Middle East and/or AfricaA creative and strategic approach to urban design and masterplanningStrong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detailExcellent client-facing skills, including communication, presentation, and report writingFluency in written and spoken EnglishAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlinesA collaborative mindset, with initiative and leadership skillsIn addition, the ideal candidate will:Share our passion for great urban places and align with our practice ethosPossess strong people management skills and experience overseeing project initiation, sub-consultants, budgets, and programmesBe proficient in relevant software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 2D/3D CAD software such as AutoCAD / Civil3D, SketchUp, and ArcGISOur Vision and Values:We aspire to be the chosen home of those with a gift for crafting solutions that empower people and an unwavering passion for learning and innovation.
