My client specialises in Precision Engineering supplying into highly regulated markets with a Turnover of £25million and around c40 employees.Benefits:Up to £100,000 Company BonusPrivate HealthcareEnhanced PensionAs an Operations Director- you will be a key member on the Board of Directors - playing a key part in the planned business growth through strategic direction, enhancing operational performance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.Your key responsibilities will include:Drive operational performance by monitoring key metrics, leading improvement projects, and ensuring alignment with delivery and cost targets.Lead cross-functional collaboration, including resource planning (S&OP), budgeting, job costing, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Manage and develop teams through coaching, reviews, and effective communication, while ensuring compliance with HSE and legal standards.Experience Required:Extensive knowledge within CNC MachiningExperience of regulated environments i.e.: Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Medical etcProven within people leadership with teams more than 50 employeesExperience working within a Senior Leadership Role ie: Head of Manufacturing/ Operations or aboveSkilled in people-first management approaches, evidenced throughout your careerWorking within a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing business ideally with experience within an SME with Turnovers over £15millionApply now or for a confidential discussion about this Operations Director position
