Do you have experience in investment or wealth management and strong administrative skills? Are you a confident communicator who can build professional relationships with colleagues and clients?Our client, a leading wealth management firm, is looking for a part-time Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to investment managers, including managing transfers, client records, and compliance documentation.Full time salary is £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience). Actual salary will be pro rata'd according to actual hours worked.You will be:Resolving client and investment administration queriesResponsible for the opening processes for new clientsPreparing any payment and transaction forms for investment managersAssist with the new client account opening process as appropriatePresent documents professionally and in an appropriate format for Investment Manager sign-offInteract, respond, and resolve any client queries, and at times referring to senior membersDevelop professional relationships with clients, assisting and organising any meetings and preparation documentationYour skills and qualifications:At least 2 years' experience in investment or wealth management operationsAble to effectively manage tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracyExcellent analytical and numeracy skillsStrong organisation skillsExperience in Microsoft PowerPoint and other packagesHigh quality written and verbal communication skillsComputer literateIf this sounds like you, please apply today.
