From ERP to MES and everything in between, you’ll analyse requirements, support existing platforms, and deliver new solutions that improve performance and productivity across all factories and functions. With continued investment in people, systems, and innovation, they are leading the way in sustainable manufacturing.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Analysing business processes and designing systems-based solutionsSupporting the implementation, training and rollout of system changeActing as 2nd line support for ERP, MES and related systemsCreating detailed documentation for change requests and user guidanceCollaborating with internal customers across all levels of the organisationHelping improve and exploit existing systems and toolsWorking with IT and Business Systems colleagues to develop solutions with measurable business valueYour Technical Skills: You’re a strong fit if you have:A background in business systems or IT solution deliverySolid analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with stakeholders across multiple business levelsFamiliarity with ERP, MES or other large business system environmentsStrong documentation and communication skillsThe ability to manage your own workload and work independentlyDesirable (but not essential):3+ years’ experience in an ERP or business systems roleExperience in manufacturing or food production environmentsBusiness or IT qualificationExperience with Marel Innova (AXIN), BC365 or SI tools3rd level qualificationFull driving licenceWhat’s In It For You?Competitive salary up to £45k Flexible and hybrid workingAn opportunity to shape digital transformation in a £200m+ turnover businessJoin a supportive and collaborative IT & Business Systems team
