This unique company provides key back-office services to telecoms giants and household brandsThe RoleThe Legal Counsel will manage their own portfolio of real estate matters, including:Lease renewals, Wayleave, licences, assignments, and landlord/tenant issuesStakeholder engagement and process improvement initiativesSupporting team development and contributing to knowledge-sharingThis is a hybrid role based in West Yorkshire (minimum two days per week in office), highly commutable from Leeds and the surrounding areas as well as over the Pennines.
