You’ll lead a dedicated team and shape an inclusive, forward-thinking learning environment that helps every pupil flourish – academically, socially, and emotionally.You’ll be central in driving our strategic vision, fostering resilience, creativity, and confidence in pupils aged 6–19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and complex learning profiles.About YouYou are a compassionate leader with a strong moral purpose and a drive for transformational outcomes.
