Our Scunthorpe site is one of our largest and most complex operations, with approximately 2,000 employees and continuous investment in people, systems, and infrastructure.About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on, strategic Recruitment & Resourcing Manager to lead hiring efforts at our fast-paced Scunthorpe site. This is a key role where you’ll have real ownership of the recruitment function, delivering end-to-end hiring solutions and helping shape the future talent pipeline.You’ll need to be proactive, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in a challenging but rewarding environment.What You’ll Be DoingManaging the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboardingDeveloping and delivering effective sourcing strategiesLeveraging recruitment data and analytics to make informed decisionsLiaising with an external MI/data team – data is provided, you’ll interpret and act on itExploring innovative approaches to talent attraction (social media, job boards, job fairs, etc.)Supporting and occasionally covering for an in-house Recruitment AdvisorWhat We’re Looking ForWe need someone who brings energy, insight, and creativity to recruitment.
