HR Administrator – 6 Month Fixed Term ContractHayes | Office-Based | £26,000 – £28,000 (pro rata)Are you a proactive and organised HR Administrator looking for your next challenge? We’re working with a well-established company in Hayes who are seeking an HR professional to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.About the Role: As the HR Administrator, you'll support the HR function with a range of administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the department. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative HR team, with exposure to a variety of tasks including:Managing employee records and updating the HR systemCoordinating onboarding and offboarding processesAssisting with recruitment administrationSupporting managers with HR queries and compliance documentationPreparing reports and tracking absence, holidays, and trainingEnsuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR mattersAbout You:Previous experience in an HR administrative roleExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailConfident communicator with a friendly, professional mannerProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience using HR systems desirableThis is a full-time, office-based position working Monday to Friday.
