Senior Quantity Surveyor - MRICS or working towards Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a fresh challenge? My client, a renowned construction consultancy, is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for: Preparing and analysing budgets, cost plans and financial reports Estimating costs, negotiating with contractors/suppliers, and tracking project expenditures Liaising between clients, architects, engineers and other construction professionals Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations and legislation Tracking and managing project costs from inception through to completion to ensure adherence to budget Providing advice on value engineering and life cycle costing of design options Managing teams of junior quantity surveyors and delegating tasks appropriately Liaising with clients, architects, engineers and other construction professionals What they are looking for: 5 years'' plus experience as a Quantity Surveyor, gained within commercial and residential building projects.
