A rapidly scaling international telecoms company is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team. Backed by private equity and operating across multiple jurisdictions, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious junior lawyer looking to gain broad in-house experience in a fast-paced, agile business. The Role Youll be joining a high-performing and collaborative legal function, supporting day-to-day legal needs across the group. The work is varied, and youll gain exposure to commercial contracts, data privacy, compliance, and wider corporate matters. Key Responsibilities Drafting and negotiating a range of B2B commercial agreements (including SaaS, supplier, and NDAs) Supporting internal teams on privacy and data protection matters (e.g. DPIAs, data sharing and processing agreements) Advising on legal risk and regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions Helping to streamline legal operations and improve internal processes Assisting with other legal matters including employment, corporate governance, and IP About You UK-qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 02 years PQE Commercial contracts experience (either from private practice or in-house) Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset An interest in technology, digital communications, or SaaS Comfortable operating in a fast-moving and international business Whats on Offer Exposure to a wide range of legal areas and high-quality work A supportive team and hands-on mentoring Hybrid working and a culture that values work-life balance Opportunity to grow with a business at a pivotal stage in its journey55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
