Our client is a membership organisation which brings together and represents the UK healthcare system and we are working with them to find an Operations Coordinator to join their team on an on-going temporary basis until the end of the year. You will play a crucial role in supporting their research, policy and lobbying work as well as their busy events programme. In this role you will Provide day to day admin support to the Race & Health Observatory team Finance admin raise purchase order numbers and monitor budgets CRM Maintenance Planning and logistics support for events The successful candidate will have previous experience providing admin/operational support to busy teams, and we are particularly keen to speak to applicants with some finance admin skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines and conflicting priorities will also be key.
