The role Youll be trusted to lead on a broad mix of matters, including: Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Advising on IP, data protection, and digital matters Supporting corporate deals with commercial and tech input Delivering training to clients and colleagues Collaborating across the firm to deliver joined-up advice What youll bring With 7 years PQE under your belt, youll be confident handling complex commercial work and advising clients directly.
