About the Role The Senior Supply Chain Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning, planning and forecasting across multiple production sites, bringing clarity, consistency and renewed momentum to a highly respected food manufacturing business. In this pivotal position, youll streamline planning processes, foster stronger cross-functional collaboration, and build a supply chain thats agile, resilient and equipped to meet ambitious growth targets and ever-evolving market demands. This multi-faceted role requires extensive experience managing complex supply chains, along with strong leadership, sharp analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, respond swiftly to shifting priorities and adapt with confidence. This hybrid role includes four days on-site at our clients North West site and one day working from home, this is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished professional to make a tangible impact on business performance and growth. Responsibilities To develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies across a multi-site operation, driving efficiency and supporting business objectives To lead demand forecasting, capacity planning and inventory optimization across the sites to meet customer needs while minimizing waste and cost Qualifications Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field Required Skills Proven experience in a senior supply chain role within a multi-site, fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, forecasting, inventory management and logistics Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Highly organised and adaptable able to respond quickly to meet business needs Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities Proficient in supply chain systems, ERP software and data analysis tools UK driving licence Preferred Skills Experience in the agri food sector Pay range and compensation package A competitive salary, company car or allowance, bonus scheme, and benefits package aligned with the successful candidates level of experience.
