An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a fast-growing food manufacturing business. This newly evolved role is critical to supporting a dynamic leadership team and delivering the people strategy needed for continued growth. Youll oversee all aspects of HR, from strategic workforce planning to employee engagement, L&D, and day-to-day HR operations. Youll also manage a small HR team and work closely with the Managing Directors to align the people agenda with business goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a people strategy that supports business growth and operational excellence Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning Manage employee relations and act as the main HR advisor to managers Oversee L&D plans, training compliance, and performance management processes Support payroll coordination, HR systems (HRIS, T&A), and HR reporting Ensure up-to-date policies, contracts, and legal compliance Drive a culture of engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and continuous improvement Candidate Profile 2 years in an HR Manager or senior HR role, ideally in food or FMCG CIPD qualified or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of UK employment law Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills Proficient in HR systems and MS Office Proactive, people-focused, and commercially aware Why Apply?
