What the Role Involves As Division Lead Primary Education , you will take the lead across our Primary sector by actively: Delivering high-impact recruitment services to a portfolio of warm and prospective client schools. Sourcing, engaging and placing high-calibre teaching and support staff. Building strong, long-term relationships with educators and school leaders through exceptional service. Leading by example in daily sales, business development, and candidate generation activities. Embodying Link3s values of professionalism, integrity, and impact in every interaction. Collaborating with your peers and directors to shape and grow the Primary division. Consistently exceeding targets and KPIs by doing whats rightnot just whats easy. What Youll Need A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed. Minimum 2 years'' experience in recruitment (education sector preferred). A proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Drive and confidence to make high-quality business development and service calls. Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills. Resilience, grit, and self-discipline you lead by example. A collaborative mindsetyou lift others up by setting the standard.
