Role: Salesforce Developer Rate: 650.00 P/D (Outside IR35) Location: Fully Remote (UK-Based) Length: 3 Months Initial TechOhana are partnered with a fast-growing insurance provider currently undertaking a focused delivery phase within their Salesforce programme. They''re looking for a contract Salesforce Developer to step in and support the build and optimisation of their Sales and Service Cloud environments. Key responsibilities: Build and enhance scalable Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs Collaborate with business analysts and architects to deliver secure, performant features aligned to business needs Participate in agile sprint cycles, peer reviews, and CI/CD processes for efficient deployment Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to industry best practices within the insurance sector Required Experience/Skills: 5 years hands-on Salesforce development experience Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs Strong integration experience, particularly with policy admin or claims platforms in the insurance space Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance standards relevant to financial services Comfortable working independently in a remote agile team Jump into a live Salesforce programme where your code will make an immediate difference.
