Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in Manchester , which is in need of a Serious Injury Solicitor . The successful candidate will manage their our own caseload of pre and post litigated EL/PL/RTA files. Previous experience of handling your own caseload is essential and should be confident in all aspects of litigation. The firm is open to Individuals with 4 years PQE (Solicitor or Cilex) and extensive EL/PL litigation experience. They can pay a salary of 45,000 - 60,000 annum depending upon experience. Key Responsibilities as a Serious Injury Solicitor: Run and grow your own caseload of serious-injury and clinical-negligence matters (EL / PL / RTA), steering each file from instruction to trial or negotiated settlement. Analyse evidence in depth to resolve disputes on liability, causation and quantum.
