L&D Manager - The Opportunity As Head of L&D, youll: Own and evolve the global L&D strategy with an initial focus on UK and long-term scope across Asia and Europe. Build upon our current consultant programmes and expand our offering into leadership development, exec coaching, and high-performance culture. Work closely with our Chief People Officer, Head of Talent Acquisition, and Head of HR on impactful People initiatives including DEI, wellbeing, and retention.
