We are working with a leading aerospace and defence manufacturer who are looking for a Manufacturing and Process Engineer on a permanent basis due to ongoing growth. The successful candidate will have a background in aerospace manufacturing with a focus on process development and improvement. Manufacturing and Process Engineer Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday to Thursday 8am 5pm, Friday 8am 1pm Hybrid working options Aylesbury Manufacturing and Process Engineer Job Description Review and improve manufacturing processes and techniques for continuous improvement Manage process documentation for existing and newly implemented processes ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support new product development by designing and validating efficient manufacturing processes and solutions. Collaborate with customers and internal teams on engineering specifications, tooling, and project management. Manufacturing and Process Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience with aerospace engineering manufacturing processes.
