Were looking for a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to join our growing compliance and risk team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of enterprise risk, compliance, and internal control frameworks in a high-impact, strategic role. About the Role Youll lead the companys risk and compliance function, ensuring operational and regulatory risks are effectively identified, assessed, and managed. Youll champion a strong risk-aware culture, support internal control development, and coordinate our insurance risk portfolio including policy renewals and claims. Key Responsibilities Manage the companys risk register and conduct regular risk assessments Oversee internal controls testing and risk reporting to senior leadership Lead compliance activities, regulatory monitoring, and assurance reviews Maintain and evolve policies, frameworks, and training programs Coordinate the companys corporate insurance programme Promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness across all teams What Were Looking For Experience in enterprise risk management and compliance Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and governance practices Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Risk, legal, audit, or compliance qualification (e.g., IRM, ICA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Experience managing corporate insurance programmes is a plus Why Join Us?
