Logistics Coordinator Luxury Goods (Fine Wine) Northamptonshire | Hybrid (2 days WFH) | Full-time | 24,000 - 27,000 Looking for a logistics role with a little more flavour ? A boutique luxury goods business, renowned for sourcing some of the worlds most exclusive and hard-to-find products, is on the lookout for an organised, proactive and detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. This isnt your average logistics job - youll be part of a tight-knit operation, helping ensure that rare, high-value products are delivered to clients across the globe with precision and care. What Youll Be Doing Coordinating UK and international freight, bonded warehouse transfers, and high-end deliveries Managing logistics communications with clients and suppliers Overseeing key aspects of sales invoicing, issuing credit notes, and updating ERP systems Supporting internal teams (stock, broking, finance) with logistical and administrative needs Organising shipping via air and sea freight to clients across Europe, Asia, and the US Identifying and implementing cost-efficient delivery routes and options Processing card payments, answering client queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience What Youll Need Previous admin or logistics experience (preferably in a premium or FMCG environment) High attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure Strong IT skills confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP platforms Great communication skills and a team-first mindset A proactive, solutions-led attitude Knowledge of international shipping regulations (a bonus, not a must) Why Join?
