Role Overview As Product Owner, youll lead the development and continuous improvement of IT systems supporting the EcoPro print subscription and Brother Connect Loyalty programme . Youll define and communicate a clear product vision, prioritise backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of features and components . Youll engage closely with stakeholders and users to ensure the benefits of your product are clearly understood, and that their feedback informs ongoing enhancements. Requirements: Strong commercial acumen and understanding of D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) sales processes Experience with e-commerce and content management systems, preferably Sitecore Proven ability to deliver customer-centric web applications Track record of designing and delivering high-quality services in structured, high-pressure environments using Agile methodologies Skilled in creating, maintaining, and prioritising product backlogs to guide Agile delivery teams Ability to engage users and translate insights into functional product improvements Familiarity with setting, monitoring, and reporting on measurable product performance targets Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, adaptable to different audiences Experience in managing and motivating cross-disciplinary teams Key Responsibilities Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals Collaborate with customers, key stakeholders, Brother Japan, and One IT to anticipate needs and shape a strategic product roadmap Prioritise work packages to align with business demand and strategic objectives Drive continuous product improvement using customer feedback and data-driven insights Lead the product development team, ensuring consistent delivery, throughput, and quality Provide regular reporting and insights on product performance and business outcomes, contributing to process design and integration strategies Ensure service requests and break-fix issues are resolved in line with SLAs and stakeholder expectations Desirable Experience working in an IT or Digital delivery environment. Exposure to strategic planning Familiarity with large-scale technology transformation programmes. Experience with Jira, including advanced dashboards via Advanced Roadmaps, dependency mapping, and release planning. Experience working in an IT or Digital delivery environment.
