Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursery Manager located in Bournemouth. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery and preschool, ensuring high standards of childcare and compliance with Ofsted requirements. The role includes managing staff, implementing and monitoring safeguarding policies, maintaining effective communication with parents and carers, and promoting a positive and stimulating environment for children. The Nursery Manager will also be responsible for administrative tasks, budgeting, and maintaining records.
