We are seeking a confident manager who will monitor, report and advise on practices which promote choice, well-being and protection of all individuals across our 3 supported living services in Northumberland (including areas in Ashington and Blyth). One of these services is a 9 bedded forensic flat scheme and one of these services in a 3 bedded supported living setting. We provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism in these services, you will be managing a team to ensure they are promoting independence and providing the best support every day of the year.
