Senior Project Manager Manchester Join a thriving, collaborative consultancy delivering complex projects across the built environment. Following a continued increase in workload, our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Manchester. The role will suit someone commercially astute and delivery-focused, with the confidence to manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion. Role Summary Lead and manage construction projects from brief through to completion. Oversee planning, budgeting, programming, and risk management. Chair key project meetings and produce board-level reporting. Ensure project documentation, trackers and financial reports are kept up to date. Maintain quality and ISO-compliance across all job folders. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Support, coach and manage junior staff where required. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in delivering construction projects as a Senior PM. Strong technical and commercial knowledge. Confident communicator and capable of leading teams and meetings. Comfortable working across multiple concurrent projects. Excellent reporting and documentation skills. Capable of managing consultants, contractors and clients effectively. Experience with ISO-compliance and SharePoint would be advantageous.
