Our client, based in Luton, is currently recruiting for a Complex Needs Support Worker on an initial one-month temporary contract, with the potential for it to be extended. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, and the hourly rate is 17.00 on an umbrella basis, Duties will include (but are not limited to): Delivering person-centred support to individuals experiencing complex needs, including mental health issues, substance misuse, and trauma Developing, implementing, and reviewing personalised support and risk management plans Collaborating with external agencies such as mental health services, social care teams, housing providers, and other relevant organisations Supporting clients in maintaining tenancies and navigating housing systems Promoting independence by assisting clients in developing daily living skills and engaging in meaningful, recovery-focused activities Monitoring living environments to ensure safety and compliance with health, safety, and legal standards Skills, knowledge and experience required: Enhanced DBS certificate (issued within the past 3 years and registered online) Access to a vehicle for work purposes Previous experience working in a care or supported housing background Hands on experience delivering housing-related support services Confident working with vulnerable individuals in a fast-paced environment Working hours: Full time (40 hours a week) in office Monday Friday Shifts: 7.00am 3.00pm, 2.00pm 10.00pm, 9.30am 7.30pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
