We have an excellent opportunity for a meticulous and driven Logistics Controller tojoin our dynamic team. Reporting to the B2B Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ouroperational success.We are looking for a natural problem-solver who is committed to exceeding customer expectations. This role will challenge your skillsand offers a fantastic opportunity for personal development within a rapidly growing company.Key responsibilities will include:Aligns operational capacity and business demands, to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in full.Guarantees all ongoing internal and external customer requirements are consistently met.Responsible for smooth processing of all import and export movements.Proactively identifies efficiencies and implements preventative actions to improve logistics processes and customer satisfaction.Coordinates team tasks to ensure high quality standards of deliverables, meeting deadlines and minimising wastage.Requirements:Have previous experience in a similar roleHave excellent PC literacy skills.Exceptional planning and organisational skills with a systematic approach to your work.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply numerical reasoning, think critically,and identify errors.Confident and effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners.Familiarity with customs processes is a significant advantage.About usFounded in 2009 by UK scientists and brothers, Elliot and Daniel Isaacs, we are a British, B Corp certified dermatological skincare brand, globally renowned for our age-defying heroes that deliver results without compromise.Our mission is to simplify the route to great skin through the highest quality, most efficacious and trusted products on the market.
