If you're excited about joining us and think you have some of what we're looking for, even if you're not 100% sure we would love to hear from you.Role overviewAs our Supplier Relationship Manager, you'll be working across key suppliers in our Claims Supply Chain to delivery procurement projects and manage key suppliers, contract risk, adherence and truly drive innovation and improved value from our suppliers throughout the lifecycle. You'll be developing and delivering ambitious plans in partnership with business leaders, taking a highly proactive approach to identifying and prioritising opportunities, driving business engagement, researching latest developments, key players and any other opportunities within your supply chain area.Job details - you'll need to have demonstrable experience in:Working with business owners to drive strategic alignment between the business and the supplier base, aligning strategic objectives and defining the strategic roadmapEnsuring appropriate supplier meetings are conducted, in alignment with the supplier framework - defining the agenda, chairing meetings, minute taking and ensuring any follow up actions for key meetings are noted and followed up onEnsuring key supplier risks are highlighted and actions are in place to address them and ensuring internal governance processes are carried out consistently for all suppliersContributing to our commercial initiatives and giving our operational teams a platform to communicate with our supply chainEnsuring processes are in place to monitor regulatory adherence and adherence to internal quality standards and expectations of our customers and other suppliersEnsuring supplier reporting is delivered in a timely manner and that all issues and remedial actions are captured and followed up on (in a timely manner)Essential skills/experience:Significant experience in a similar role (I.e. currently working as a supplier relationship manager) in a regulated environment, and any claims knowledge is highly beneficialHighly organised and able to demonstrate how they've managed multiple projects at once and delivered these successfullyEffective stakeholder engagement ability with strong communication, presentation and influencing skillsThe interview processOur interview process involves the below:Recruiter screening call1st stage interview with hiring leader2nd interview with hiring leader and another leader (case study)As a Disability Confident employer, we're committed to ensuring our recruitment processes are fully inclusive - what this means to you is if you're applying for a job with us, you'll have fair access to support and adjustments throughout your recruitment journey.
