We're seeking a dynamic Clinic Team Leader for our new Liberty Clinic, to lead our team and drive business growth while maintaining our premium standards. Role (full-time) description: The Clinic Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Dr David Jack Clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service. This role requires a proactive leader with a passion for skincare, aesthetics and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. They must demonstrate astute commercial acumen, understanding the levers for growth within an aesthetic clinic, and be robust in delivering targets. The Clinic Team Leader will oversee a team of Front of House, aestheticians and doctors, coordinate clinic day-to-day clinic activities, and drive business growth through effective operational management. The Clinic Team Leader will ensure the company sustainability goals are integrated into all aspects of project planning and execution, as well as driving initiatives that promote environmental responsibility and resource efficiency. Responsibilities include: Ensure revenue targets are set and met, through effective sales strategies and monitoring performance of team, reporting to managerial team on performance and advising on where any gaps could be closed to hit target if there are any Build and sustain excellent customer relationships as well as establish strong relationships with local businesses to build partnerships Manage the clinic team and staffs revenue targets, reviewing weekly and monthly for both clinic treatments and skincare Manage inventory ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained, ordering stock from suppliers and ensuring accurate records kept for Accounts team Liaise with HR to oversee and manage performance reviews and appraisals and provide training for the team to maintain performance Ensure the day to day running of the clinic aligns with company standards and policies, and excellent customer service is being always delivered Actively work with marketing and PR teams to ensure the clinic has the right level of support, as well as seeking out localised marketing efforts and feeding in ideas to ensure clinic footfall is kept high Work closely with practitioners to gain client feedback and improve services, reporting back to Customer Service Lead Oversea staff scheduling, rotas and liaise with payroll, as well as feeding in job specs for any staff required Analyse and develop opportunities for improvement in day-to-day processes and implement innovative solutions, including competitive analysis of similar clinics in the area and any learning Essential Experience:The following experience/skills are fundamental to the Clinic Team Leader role: At least 2 years experience managing a team within a clinic setting or in a service led role. Requirement to be flexible to work evenings and weekends Proven ability to delegate tasks and manage a team effectively and fairly. Outstanding interpersonal and relational skills are fundamental, communicating with senior management and working across departments is central to the role. Confident in a service experience within a luxury setting Passion for, and knowledge of, the aesthetics industry and skincare A desire to be part of a growing business A demonstrated high proficiency of the Microsoft Office Suite (inc.
