This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office in Lincolnshire at least two days a week, so you'll need to be within a reasonable commute.You'll be the go-to person for anything contract-related - making sure agreements with clients are clear, compliant, and work well for both sides. Your day-to-day will include:Reviewing and negotiating customer contractsActing as the main contact for contract-related queries from internal teams and external clientsKeeping everything on track through the full contract lifecycleHelping improve processes and reduce riskSkills:Legal qualification or proven contract management experience, ideally in a tech or software settingExperience in negotiation, drafting contracts and risk managementKnowledge of SaaS, data protection, and IP (or a willingness to learn)Excellent English and Numeracy skillsConfident negotiating and communicating with different teamsCan manage your own workload and meet deadlinesGreat attention to detailBenefits:You'll be joining a supportive company where personal development is encouraged.
