A great entry level role into retail operations and merchandising operations, you will execute and maintain store level information, including planograms, floor plans and internal documentation to contribute to successful in store launches and on-going maintenance. You'll also support Customer Operations in order management, compliance feedback, field merchandiser queries and any operational administration.Your main responsibilities will include:Use display planning and ordering software, such as Card Manager, Link5 and Order Pool, to load all approved store plans, to the right stores, with the right stock, in line with Critical Date Path.Execution of store refit programme at plan level, including fixture changes, floor mat changes or space changes, with regular communication to wider teams.Ensure planogram and fixture information is up to date, from launch to exit, aligned to Visual Merchandising function in Card Manager, including standard vs customer plan checks, with regular communication flow to capture any changes.Action plan level pocket amends (distribution changes) as instructed by Create and Commercial Squads, to ensure availability and performance is optimised.Identify and resolve any plan inaccuracies, in conjunction with relevant stake holders.Maintenance and timely handover of who has what list documents and picture plans to help ensure store communication is accurate at launchRunning weekly reports, such as Planned Pocket Report, to aid wider functions.Support with activity launch checks to ensure all SKUs are shippable & sellable, contributing to Order Fulfilment targets.Support the management & maintenance of Store Plan Library/Bible including fixture, store & plan informationSupport with compliance updates to the wider functions, including maintenance of customer image bank & reportingCheck & loading of 3rd party allocations. EG. from UKG to service non Hallmark plans/allocationsWhere required, translation of store planograms into user friendly formats for any 3rd party merchandising.A great development opportunity to build on your retail understanding and/or planning skilling.
