Rowley Regis About the RoleWe’re looking for compassionate, reflective, and resilient individuals to join Dimensions Care asCare Practitionersat one of our residential children’s homes. In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a nurturing and structured environment where young people feel safe, supported, and able to grow. You’ll work on a consistent2 on / 4 off shift pattern , including sleep-ins, designed to offer stability for you and the children we support.
