PositionThe IT Technician supports the day-to-day operation of the school’s IT services, providing frontline technical support to staff and students. The role focuses on maintaining hardware and software, assisting with user support, troubleshooting issues, and helping to ensure the school’s IT systems run smoothly. ResponsibilitiesHelp administer the school’s computerised systems supporting the IT Manager/IT Systems Administrator Support and maintain the Level 1, 2 Helpdesk Troubleshoot end user desktop hardware 'software problems Setup and maintain new desktop hardware and machines Help maintain the school’s iPad fleet through Jamf MDM (Mobile Device Management System) Carry out IT related projects as assigned in a diverse environment Setup and maintain user accounts in active directory, Office365, ParentPay RequirementsFamiliar with current Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems, Microsoft 365, and standard applications in a domain environment.
