Job Description

In this role as an Automotive Parts Advisor at Cross Country Consultancy, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and knowledgeable advice on automotive parts to customers and internal teams. Your role will involve a range of responsibilities related to automotive parts and inventory management. Job Responsibilities:Assist customers in finding the right automotive parts for their vehicles Provide accurate information on product specifications and compatibility Handle incoming inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or in-person Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are maintained Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently Maintain a clean and organized parts department Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases Essential Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of automotive parts Desired Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in an automotive parts advisor role Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service Experience with inventory management systems Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations Salary & Benefits:Salary Range: £37,000 – £40,000 per year. Location:Country: United Kingdom. City: London Visa:Company Employment Working Visa. Language requirements:An IELTS score of 6,6,6,6 + or equivalent in PTE, OET.
