They partner with colleges and employers to deliver tailored GCSE and Functional Skills tuition, providing vital support for students to achieve gateway qualifications.The Role As a Flex Tutor, you'll deliver small-group tuition (13 students) using provided English and maths resources. No lesson planning required—just focused delivery and meaningful student support during 11.5-hour weekday sessions. You will help unlock opportunities for young people needing a second chance at key qualifications.
