You’ll work on high-rise projects in London, focusing on cladding and retrofit work. Our client, a well-established architectural practice, is entering an exciting new phase of growth with a robust pipeline of projects. Their diverse portfolio encompasses residential, educational, healthcare, and sustainability sectors. They are currently leading high-profile cladding remediation projects for multilevel buildings in London and managing a variety of retrofit projects across the UK. Due to this expansion, they are seeking an Architectural Technician to join their team. Role & Responsibilities Production of planning and technical drawing packages Use Revit Proficiently Working as part of a team Developing design-led solutions to issues. Required Skills & Experience A minimum of 2 years of professional experience Excellent technical knowledge Experience with the use of Revit is essential Retrofit project experience beneficial Façade and cladding experience would be highly advantages Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
