Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine the system roadmap, supporting business growth and evolving requirements. Work with key users to maximize system potential, enhancing business processes and efficiency. Partner with IT Support to ensure user account controls, regulations, and system reliability align with industry and business needs.What You’ll HaveStrong business analytical skills with experience in Training Management Systems and processes (Airline experience desirable but not essential). Organised and logical thinker, able to understand business challenges and develop effective system solutions. Skilled in building and maintaining excellent relationships within the user community.
