Role overview: JD Gyms is an exciting, award-winning budget gym chain that is rapidly expanding across the UK. We invest over £1.5 million in fitting out our gyms to create top-quality, stylish environments for our members. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for cleanliness and can play an integral part in our gym team. The ideal candidate will have meticulous cleaning standards and the ability to balance interacting with members while efficiently completing their tasks. Responsibilities: Ensure all policies and procedures in the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are followed. Maintain and adhere to the JD Gyms Brand Standard. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety checks. Report any defects to ensure the safety of the building and equipment. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the gym facility. Ensure uniform standards are consistently met. Deliver outstanding member service at all times. Participate in colleague training videos to help deliver exceptional standards across the group. Perform any other reasonable duties as required. Skills and Experience: Hardworking with strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail. Passionate about exceeding expectations. Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multitask and work independently. Effective communication skills and approachable demeanor with members and staff.#J-18808-Ljbffr
