We are seeking a reliable and caringCare Professionalto join our team in Farnborough. In this role, you will be supporting clients with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. You will play a key part in improving the quality of life for our clients and providing peace of mind to their families. Hours: 8:00 - 14:30 and 16:30 - 21:00 Monday to Friday and Alternative weekends What You'll Enjoy as Our Care Assistant: Competitive Pay: £14.00/hour on weekdays, £16.00/hour on weekends. Guaranteed Income Contract – steady income for a fixed number of hours each month. Mileage Compensation: 45p per mile. Stable Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time positions with guaranteed monthly pay. Minimum 1-Hour Visits: Ensuring quality time with clients. Local Shifts: Reducing your travel distance, and we cover mileage. Comprehensive Training: Great induction for new Care Assistants and ongoing support. Supportive Environment: A dedicated office team and a circle of happy Care Assistants. Referral Scheme: £300 for referring friends with an easy-to-use app to track points. Benefits: Paid holidays and pension for all staff. Job DescriptionYour Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant: Companionship : Engage clients in conversation and activities to reduce loneliness. Personal Care : Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Medication Reminders : Ensure clients take prescribed medications on time. Meal Preparation : Plan and prepare meals based on dietary needs. Household Help : Perform light cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping. Transportation : Assist with errands and appointments. QualificationsWhat We Look For in You, Our Care Assistant: Adaptability and a personable nature. Genuine willingness to prioritise the well-being of others. Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work. Legal right to work in the UK.
