We are looking for compassionate, skilledSupport Workerswho can provide safe, structured, and person-centred care.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport individuals with complex mental health needs, including self-harm and suicide riskHelp manage behaviours that challenge using positive behaviour support techniquesPromote independence and community integrationWork closely with clinical teams to follow care plansMaintain accurate daily notes and risk management reportsRequirementsExperiencesupporting adults with mental health needs, self-harm behaviours, and challenging behaviourStrong understanding of risk and safeguarding practicesAbility to stay calm under pressure and work in a trauma-informed, professional wayPMVA, MAPA, or similar training (preferred but not essential)Flexibility to work day shiftsApply NowIf you have the right experience and want to make a real impact in a new, forward-thinking service, we'd love to hear from you.
