Department:Insurance LitigationLocation:Birmingham, UKDescriptionWe are recruiting for a Credit Hire CILEX lawyer or solicitor to join our Insurance Litigation team in Birmingham and Derby.Applications are invited from defendant or claimant lawyers with experience and a solid track record handling your own caseload of fast track and intermediate track credit hire claims.If you can deliver exceptional quality client service and share our ethos and commitment to building long-lasting client relationships, this role may be ideal for you.Our Insurance Litigation team has previously won leading industry awards including ‘Regional Insurance Firm of the Year’ recognised by The Legal 500 and ‘Defendant Team of the Year’ at the Claims Media Personal Injury Awards.This role reports on a day-to-day basis to the Head of Insurance Litigation as head of department.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking alongside a team of credit hire focused individuals. Creatively, innovatively, and effectively manage your own caseload of matters. Taking ownership of your own significant caseload, from start to finish. Proactive use of case management systems. Manage specialist credit hire caseload involving complex credit hire litigated matters. Analyse risk and develop sound judgement to justify decisions in the management of cases.
