Oversee team members. Ensure the efficient flow of inbound and outbound shipments. Resolve errors and issues with customers. File required documentation with trucking companies for corrective actions. Route outbound loads and inbound back-hauls. Utilize logistics software. Create export documentation for international orders. Maintain customer database and profiles by location. Update customer information regularly. Maintain customer delivery time windows. Track raw materials. Manage communications related to logistics distribution. Coordinate distribution points for incoming and outgoing materials. Your Expertise: Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Ability to oversee staff as required. Willingness to learn quickly.
