Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collection, completing damage reports and informing customers where possible. Ensure all photos of vehicle stock are up to date and correctly presented on all ecommerce sites. Ensure signage and pricing are correct on vehicle stock on the forecourt. Maintain systems and procedures in line with department standards and use them appropriately. Complete relevant documentation with customers as needed. Receive and process payments from customers where necessary. Chauffeur company personnel and/or customers as required. Collect/deliver small items as needed. Display an enthusiastic, motivated, and committed work approach. Control the movement and security of all vehicles on site. Maintain accurate records when releasing or receiving vehicles.
