About the RoleAsProduct Marketing Manager , you’ll sit at the heart of product innovation, taking ownership of go-to-market strategies and product positioning. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations, you'll translate product features into compelling messaging that resonates with both industrial buyers and key decision-makers. This role will suit someone with strong commercial instincts, a passion for driving adoption, and a keen understanding of how to communicate complex technical products in a simple, engaging way. Key ResponsibilitiesGo-to-Market Strategy:Lead end-to-end product launches, aligning messaging, positioning, and sales enablement with business goals. Customer & Market Insights:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support data-driven decision-making. Value Messaging:Develop clear, concise value propositions and ensure accurate product codes and descriptions across all platforms. Sales Enablement:Produce tools and content (e.g. presentations, brochures, training materials) to empower the sales team. Product Launches:Own the launch plan and coordinate execution across departments. Content Creation:Collaborate with marketing to produce technical content including operation manuals, brochures, digital assets, and website updates. Digital Media:Support the creation of high-impact photo and video content. Customer Advocacy:Source case studies and testimonials in partnership with Sales and Customer Services. Website & CMS:Manage updates to online product listings and promotional content. Packaging Oversight:Ensure packaging meets branding and specification standards at all customer touchpoints. Experience in product marketing, product management, or technical marketing. Proven track record of delivering successful go-to-market campaigns. Strong writing and verbal communication skills – able to simplify complex topics. Cross-functional collaboration experience (Sales, Marketing, R&D). Comfortable using data to inform strategy and optimise performance. Understanding of industrial/manufacturing/construction markets preferred. Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing tools.
