You will independently manage a caseload ofcomplex intermediate and multi-track Credit Hire claims , while also supporting junior team members through mentoring and guidance. Client Base: Leading UK motor insurers Claims handling organisations Self-insured businesses Key Responsibilities: Manage a personal caseload ofintermediate/multi-track complex Credit Hire claims Draft and filecourt documentsand pleadings Leadnegotiationsto achieve timely and effective case resolution Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service level agreements Providementorship and trainingto junior colleagues Maintain a strong focus onclient service excellence Required Experience: Approximately4+ years’ experiencehandling high-valuelitigated Credit Hire claims(intermediate/multi-track) Demonstrable ability tomanage cases independentlythrough all litigation stages Strongnegotiation ,organisationandcommunicationskills Formal legal qualifications are an advantage, but substantialpractical litigation experienceis essential If you are an experienced Litigation Executive in credit hire and looking for a new challenge with an exciting international firm, please contact James Durkan directly.
